Executive Director – City on a Hill Mental Health and Wellness Center

City on a Hill Mental Health and Wellness Center, founded in 2024, is a newly established faith-based counseling center in Northern Idaho. Our mission is to provide accessible, affordable, and effective mental health treatment grounded in biblical life practices. We are seeking an Executive Director who is a licensed mental health professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead organizational strategy, growth, and service innovation in alignment with our mission.
• Oversee daily operations, including budgeting, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and mentor a team of licensed, Christ-centered therapists.
• Foster community engagement, advocacy, and partnerships with stakeholders.
• Ensure integration of biblical principles with evidence-based mental health practices.
• At least 25% of time will be spent in direct patient contact.

Qualifications:

• Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, or similar).
• 7-10 years of leadership experience in a mental health or healthcare setting.
• Strong financial management, strategic planning, and program development skills.
• Commitment to integrating biblical principles in therapy and organizational operations.
• Proven experience in community engagement and building partnerships.

Spiritual Alignment:

• Spiritually mature Christian, actively involved in a local church.
• Alignment with doctrine and a desire to integrate faith in the workplace.
• Strong servant-leader mindset and commitment to mentoring and equipping future counselors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 per year
