What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Specialist position at City Paint and Body?
City Paint and Body is looking for a full time parts specialist. Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:30PM. Job duties include but not limited to:
- Order parts for customer's vehicles
- Check in parts from vendors and give to shop technicians
- Assist shop technicians with part issues
- Work with estimators on vehicles needing part supplements
- Keep parts storage room organized
- Keep track of parts inventory
- Keep track of parts needing to be returned
- Perform Pre and Post Scans of vehicles
Applicant will need to have basic computer skills as most part part ordering is done online.
Job will be in an automotive shop outdoor environment. Any automotive experience is a plus.
