Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish, ensuring high-quality service and support.
  • Assist customers with product questions, order processing, issues, and returns, providing clear solutions and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on customer feedback and service metrics for internal review.

    • Administrative Responsibilities :

  • Support the management team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining operational workflows.
  • Assist in handling inventory and supply management to ensure that resources are available as needed.
  • Help prepare presentations and materials for team meetings and training sessions.

    • Qualifications for the Bilingual Customer Service Role :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or administration is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a bilingual setting.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
