Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process enhancements.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • 1 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
