Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bathroom Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks and a passion for transforming spaces. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing renovations and improvements in residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform remodeling tasks including but not limited to:

- Hand tools
- : Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction projects. -
- Power tools
: Operate power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks. - Concrete finishing: Execute concrete finishing techniques for foundations and surfaces. - Tile laying: Lay tiles with precision for flooring, backsplashes, and other surfaces. - Construction painting: Apply paint and finishes to enhance the aesthetics of remodeled areas. - Trim carpentry: Install trim work including baseboards, crown molding, and window casings. - Cabinet installation: Assemble and install cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas. - Hardscape: Construct outdoor hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. - Glass installation: Install glass fixtures including windows, mirrors, and shower doors. - Flooring installation: Install various types of flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, and tile.Qualifications
- Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is preferred.
- Experience with tile laying, construction painting, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, hardscape projects, glass installation, and flooring installation is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
