Duties
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote products, services, or political campaigns
- Engage with potential customers or voters in a friendly and persuasive manner
- Provide information about the organization's mission, products, or services
- Collect feedback and data from interactions for further analysis
- Meet daily or weekly quotas for successful interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with fundraising, market research, or electioneering is advantageous
- Strong supervisory skills to lead a team of canvassers
