We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deck Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and project scheduling, with proficiency in various construction management software. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with all contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Utilize project management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera and monitor progress against established milestones.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address issues, and maintain quality control.
- Prepare and review construction estimates, contracts, and change orders.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to keep all parties informed of project status.
- Create and maintain schematics for project layouts and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction estimating tools and software including Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and administration processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
