- Provide expert advice on materials, color schemes, and layouts to enhance the overall aesthetic of the project.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and new products to offer innovative solutions.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is essential; experience in a design-related field is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
