Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products and materials for their remodeling projects.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on interior design and layout design to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all displays and materials are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Engage in inside sales by effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with budgeting and planning their projects.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and remodeling processes is preferred.
- Experience in inside sales or retail environments is beneficial.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with customers and team members.
