Duties
- Perform remodeling tasks such as plumbing, restoration, fixture installation, construction painting, and trim carpentry
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and utilize tools like Bluebeam software
- Conduct remodeling projects on construction sites with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications
- Proven experience in remodeling and construction work
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and utilizing tools like Bluebeam
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of trim carpentry techniques is a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
