Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process using applicant tracking systems.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
- Support employee orientation processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Participate in succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.
- Contribute to training development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing candidate inquiries and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or recruitment is preferred.
- Familiarity with employee evaluation processes and tools such as UltiPro or PeopleSoft is advantageous.
- Strong sales skills with an ability to engage potential candidates effectively.
- Experience in lead generation strategies to attract top talent.
- Knowledge of succession planning principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
