Dobson Ranch is seeking a dedicated Compliance Coordinator/Onsite Assistant Manager to join our team at our beautiful 5,000-unit master-planned community in Mesa, Arizona. Salary Range: $65,000 / $70,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

POSITION OVERVIEW
In this dual role, you'll be responsible for monitoring community compliance with established standards while providing essential support to the Community Manager. The ideal candidate will balance enforcement responsibilities with exceptional customer service to maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance Coordination:
- Conduct routine street-by-street inspections to monitor community compliance with established standards and guidelines
- Document violations with photographs and detailed notes
- Generate and send violation notices through management software
- Track compliance issues and follow up on outstanding violations
- Prepare compliance reports for Community Manager and Board review
- Attend hearings related to compliance matters
- Manage the violation process from initial notification through resolution
Assistant Manager Duties:
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries via phone and email
- Create and distribute community communications (newsletters, meeting notices, etc.)
- Maintain electronic records of community correspondence and documents
- Process work orders and vendor purchase orders with appropriate follow-up
- Review Design Review Submittals for completeness
- Assist with common area inspections and maintenance oversight
- Manage community property (keys, remotes, etc.) and amenity reservations
- Update community website and assist with community events
- Attend and prepare minutes for board and committee meetings
- Follow up on board meeting action items and prepare committee materials
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required
- Minimum one year of property management/community management experience preferred
- Experience with compliance inspections in HOA communities is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and office software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Experience with large-scale communities preferred
