Position Overview
As an Onsite Community Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for residents and play a key role in maintaining smooth community operations. Working alongside the Community Manager, you'll handle various administrative duties while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional front desk reception and respond to resident inquiries
- Process and track maintenance work orders
- Maintain resident and community records in our system
- Handle community mailings and communications
- Manage community access (keys, fobs, parking passes)
- Prepare materials for community meetings
- Assist with vendor coordination
- Support general administrative needs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
