Security Guard - Residential Lower Manhattan
Our company is located in NYC and we are looking for unarmed ground security. The position pays up to $18.00 per hour and includes union benefits.
Duties include :
- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy and procedures.
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
- Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers. Each security guard shall have at least two (2) years of professional security guard experience.
- Each security guard shall be able to stand on their feet for an entire tour and work outside in any type of weather element.
- Contractor personnel must be able to understand, speak and write the English language fluently, and be able to communicate with personnel and the public intelligently. The security guard shall be courteous, articulate, and able to use good judgment.

Requirements :
2 years of security guard experience Active Security guard license High School Diploma or GED
We are also adding a team member that provides administrative support with a core focus on answering phones, emails, and text pertaining to shift coverage and attendance tracking.
Salary : $16 - $17
