As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of the premises and protecting the health and well-being of staff, and visitors.

We are looking for a customer service-oriented security officer to join our team at an Industrial Supply Site. The primary responsibility of the officer is to provide a safe and secure environment for employees and customers. In addition,
the officer will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service by greeting every guest that enters the premise and monitoring all suspicious vehicles/persons. Officer must be attentive, have high energy, and have a concierge demeanor.
Schedule:
- Monday | 6:00AM - 1:00PM
- Tuesday | 6:00AM - 1:00PM
- Wednesday | 6:00AM - 1:00PM
- Thursday | 6:00AM - 1:00PM
- Friday | 6:00AM - 1:00PM
- Saturday | 6:00AM - 1:00PM
- Total weekly hours = 41 hours (set schedule)
Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest that enters the premise in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor guests to their destination within the shop
- Respond promptly and effectively to security and safety incidents, including medical emergencies and alarms
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and property
- Conduct regular patrols of the shop to identify and address any potential security issues
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a concierge demeanor
- Operate a state of-the-art golf cart during hours of operation
- Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and activities
