Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and sell products will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are readily available.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a focus on resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling and security.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers.
• Ability to sell products through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills for stocking and maintaining inventory levels.
