Qualifications
- 17 years of age (with government issued ID); preferably high school graduate
- 0-3 year of retail experience or customer service
- Goal oriented and present a professional appearance
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable communication skills and the ability to report to work regularly
- Accuracy and attention to assigned register and/or paperwork functions
- All-hands-on-deck, roll-up-your sleeves attitude with a sense of responsibility and professional attitude
Responsibilities
- Daily tasks including selling merchandise, accurately processing transactions with a cash register, and maintaining store appearance
- Greet, assist, and seek out customers in the store
- Answer the phone in a friendly and professional manner
- Display patience and helpfulness at all times to customers, employees, and guests
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Basic shelf stocking, cleaning/store maintenance, and minor lifting (up to 50lbs)
- Product knowledge on featured products, fashion trends, and function/care of merchandise
- Performs project tasks as directed
- Efficiently follow instructions given by supervisors as well as store policies and regulations
