We are located just south of downtown Des Moines operating out of a 103,000 square foot office and warehouse.

We are looking for the right candidates to help us move our company forward for many years to come. The successful candidate should be customer service oriented, have a mechanical aptitude, and enjoy customer interaction. You must also be able to operate a computer. The successful associate will also pass a pre-employment/post offer drug test. You must be able to repetitively lift up to 70 pounds. Attention to detail is imperative, to make sure that the correct items are pulled for the customer. When not helping customers at the counter, time will be spent in the warehouse doing various tasks as needed. Hours are M-F between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Job Duties:
· Accurately pull items from pick ticket for either a waiting customer or a customer pick up.
· Develop and grow current customer relationships.
· Aid customers in their search for specific parts via phone.
· Identify and build new customer relationships.
· Communicate and interact with customers daily (phone and face to face).
· Identify and suggest solutions to satisfy customers’ needs.
· Develop and maintain relationships with our vendors.
· Develop a personal business plan to achieve personal goals while taking ownership of your opportunities.
· Adapt to industry trends and always work to grow product knowledge.
· Work in harmony with our great team of people.
