What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Research Associate - In Vivo Pharmacology position at City Therapeutics?
The Senior Research Associate, In Vivo Pharmacology role will play a key role in advancing City's platform technology and screening potential siRNA therapeutics in vivo. The Associate will be responsible for executing in vivo studies by dosing animals, harvesting tissues, and performing downstream analysis of tissues to evaluate drug potency.
Responsibilities :
- Execute in vivo studies by dosing animals, monitoring body weights, performing euthanasia, and harvesting tissues
- Assist in advanced surgical procedures
- Perform downstream molecular analysis of tissues by RT-qPCR, western, and / or ELISA
- Work collaboratively in a multi-team environment
- Present findings in program team and company-wide meetings
