Job Description:
Job Summary:
Oversee, guide, and support our PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environment. Manage complex projects across university departments, ensuring seamless application functionality and creating solutions that support our students, faculty, and administrative operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Support:
- Serve as the primary technical resource for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, troubleshooting issues across Admissions, Enrollment, Financial Aid, etc.
- Oversee integration efforts between PeopleSoft modules and external applications or services.
Project Leadership:
- Lead different user group constituencies in planning and prioritizing changes and upgrades.
- Gather requirements for new business process solutions, applications, or systems.
- Create project plans and provide weekly reports to managers and end-user departments.
- Direct the work of Programmer Analysts from a non-supervisory position.
Technical Development:
- Develop, test, debug, and document technical solutions using PeopleSoft Application Engine, Peoplecode, SQL, SQR, and other relevant technologies.
- Work with other programmer analysts to develop technical solutions to integrate PeopleSoft data and modules with external applications.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Manage PeopleSoft system related communications with vendors, project consultants and technical staff.
- Work closely with academic and administrative departments to understand needs, prioritize changes, and provide training and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree; or 3 - 5 years of related experience working with specialized applications and programming concepts; database; project management; systems analysis and documentation development; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ERP experience, ideally PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience programming with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL).
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate program specifications to a technical solution.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service, discretion and confidentiality, and organizational and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision, effectively prioritize work, and adjust to changing workloads and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PeopleCode, SQR, Visual Basic, or Java.
- Experience with Linux/Unix/Windows, web application servers, and XML web services.
- Experience with reporting tools and project management software.
- Familiar with data connectivity tools (JDBC, ODBC or OLE/DB) and security schemas.
- Track record of successfully leading medium-sized projects from design to deployment.
- Strong written communication skills for creating technical documentation and procedure manuals.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting technical procedures and governmental regulations.

Salary:
$90,000 - 120,000/year DOE
