Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator for the School of Business and Management supports the operations and execution of programs, faculty training and scheduling, course implementation, process flow improvements, and metrics. This individual reports to the Dean of the School. The Program Coordinator will also be an essential school leadership team member, as their work will cut across all degree programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate course and program revisions with Program Directors
- Support course management, including project management of course design and revisions, syllabus, workload estimators, and quality assurance.
- Assist in managing course shells and health cards to check course quality.
- Support the school's accreditation processes.
Support and manage key student processes
- Coordinate meetings for prospective students.
- Provide student tracking and coordination.
- Ensure faculty members post grades and coordinate any student disputes with Program Directors and Dean.
Ensure faculty are nominated, trained, and scheduled domestically and internationally
- Manage faculty and advisor training and scheduling.
- Track dissertations faculty at the doctorate level.
- Track faculty and advisors at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
- Lead the faculty recognition process with Program Directors.
Support process flow improvements for the school
- Drive standardization of courses, including ongoing quality checks.
- Lead data analysis on key processes.
Support the Program Directors and Dean on Key Initiatives
- Support research initiatives and new school initiatives (Innovation Hub).
- Provide website and marketing management.
Support global School of Business and Management Operations
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experiences.
- Minimum of two years of work experience in a business environment. Experience in a higher education setting desired.
- Ability to work in a creative and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work comfortably across teams.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Must relate to and communicate with diverse students, faculty, staff, and external communities.
- Ability to present a professional image on behalf of the academic school and CityU as appropriate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and learning management systems (D2L/Brightspace) in support of quality teaching and learning. Knowledge of coding and data analytics, PowerApps, Power BI and
- Point desired.
- Project Management experiences desired.

Salary:
$25 - 30/hour DOE
