Responsibilities
- Successfully complete PLACE Launch program.
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes.
- Deliver precise, written feedback to help refine clients’ home search criteria.
- Draft and negotiate offers under the direction of the sales agent for clients.
- Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation activities.
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines.
- Take part in team events and activities according to team standards.
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
Qualifications

- Comfortable with extensive driving
- Skilled in assessing client requirements and aligning them with suitable properties
