We’re currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Host/Busser to enhance our guests' dining experience. Your role will be to greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude, ensure tables are clean and set, and assist servers in providing excellent service. You’ll excel by maintaining a clean and organized dining area, quickly resetting tables for the next guests, and providing support wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.

Position Responsibilities:
A Host’s duties primarily focus on ensuring guests have a positive experience as soon as they enter the restaurant. Examples of Host duties and responsibilities include:
- Welcome every guest with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter, setting the proper tone for their dining experience.
- Ensure each guest leaves with a positive impression by wishing them a warm farewell. This is the cherry on top of their experience with us.
- Promptly seat guests and clear empty tables quickly to maintain a smooth and efficient flow in the dining area.
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist servers with delivering food and drinks to tables efficiently.
- Optimizing seating arrangements to ensure even workload distribution for wait staff, as well as maximize seating capacity at any given time.
- Assist coworkers in completing their duties through collaboration and teamwork.
- Treat others with respect and dignity at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math, cash handling, and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to manage a waitlist and provide accurate wait time estimates to guests.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A team player mindset with the ability to collaborate and support others
- A professional and positive disposition at all times.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, crouching, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds
