What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior B2B Sales Associate position at City Wide Facility Solutions of Illinois?
This is a sales position that will be working with our sales team to identify and acquire new business opportunities by scheduling meetings with prospects in an assigned territory. To do this, the salesperson will prospect every day primarily using the phone, but also through field visits.
The right person for this role will be responsible for talking to decision-makers to gain knowledge on how City Wide can be of value to them. The salesperson will then set an appointment for our Sales Executive to meet with the decision maker. The salesperson hired for this position will need to be confident and be able to create value for the client from the first phone call.

Requirements:
- Prospecting experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
- Excellent work ethic
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- MS Office and CRM abilities is a plus
