City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth account transitions.
- Maintain a one-page business plan for the Sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to meet or exceed CWFS sales goals.
- Develop and manage to a CWFS Sales Playbook to ensure consistent sales performance.
- Review and approve all bids for Janitorial Services contracts, including National Accounts opportunities.
- Participate in associations and networking opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in business-to-business sales and sales management with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Ability to speak, write, and read English fluently.
