City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to join our team in Newport News, VA. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of our janitorial services and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and Independent Contractors (IC).
As a Night Manager, you will :
- Oversee the quality control of janitorial operations across various sites.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing service expectations and addressing any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with Independent Contractors to meet the cleaning standards.
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with both clients and contractors.
Work Schedule : This is a full-time position, satisfying the evening shift from Monday to Friday, typically starting at 5 PM.
