About the Role
\We're looking for a seasoned Senior Plumbing Estimator to join our team at City Wide Mechanical LLC. As a key member of our estimating department, you'll play a crucial role in helping us grow our business by developing and submitting accurate and detailed estimates for commercial plumbing and mechanical construction projects.
\Responsibilities and Requirements

- Develop and submit detailed estimates for commercial plumbing and mechanical construction projects. \
- Review plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and estimate requirements. \
- Attend pre-bid meetings and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. \
- Manage bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. \\[/ul]\
- At least 5 years of experience in management or estimating in commercial or industrial sector in the plumbing & mechanical trades. \
