City Wide Property Services, Inc. (City Wide) currently has an opening for Janitor to join our expanding team in the Fremont area!
For two and a half decades, City Wide has been an industry leader in providing reliable, first-class maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day upkeep for commercial properties throughout the Western United States.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect commercial office cubicles and common areas including breakrooms, restrooms, and meeting areas
- Clean and maintain flooring including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles
- Clean interior windows and keep ledges free of dust and debris
- Routine and high dusting (blinds, pictures, furniture, etc) when needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of the methods, materials, and equipment used in janitorial work
- Knowledge of general safety practices and procedures related to custodial/maintenance work.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies, including, but not limited to, mop buckets and furniture, weighing up to 55 pounds.
- Self-motivated and goal driven
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.30 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
