City Wide Property Services, Inc. (City Wide) currently has an opening for a Day Porter to join our expanding team!
For two and a half decades, City Wide has been an industry leader in providing reliable, first-class maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day upkeep for commercial properties throughout the Western United States.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Operate a company vehicle to travel between locations.
- Wipe down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
- Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
- Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior)
- Windowsill cleaning
- De-web buildings and doorways
- Assist in light maintenance work
- Restroom care (if applicable as assigned property)
- Sanitize
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures
- Light Tech Work (illegal dumps, graffiti, etc.)
- Maintain equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
- Report illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Physically conditioned to handle extensive walking of properties
- Physically capable of performing all job duties including the ability to push/ carry supplies
- Ability to work independently; self-motivated
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 19.25 per week
