City Wide Property Services, Inc. (City Wide) currently has an opening for a Day Porter to join our expanding team!
For two and a half decades, City Wide has been an industry leader in providing reliable, first-class maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day upkeep for commercial properties throughout the Western United States.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- In charge of making sure the exterior of the facilities is neat and presentable to the public
- Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
- Removing trash and debris
- Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
- Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior)
- Windowsill cleaning
- De-webbing of buildings and doorways
- Assisting in light maintenance work
- Restroom care (if applicable as assigned property)
- Sanitizing
- Adhering to all safety rules and procedures
- Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
- Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Responsible and Reliable
- Capable of working in the elements (Hot, cold, rain, and wind)
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule which includes weekends, evenings, or split shifts
- Physically conditioned to handle extensive walking of properties
- Physically capable of performing all job duties including the ability to push/ carry supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
