City Wide Property Services, Inc. (City Wide) currently has an opening for a Landscaper to join our expanding team!
For two and a half decades, City Wide has been an industry leader in providing reliable, first-class maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day upkeep for commercial properties throughout the Western United States.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Operate vehicles and powered equipment such as a mower, tractor, chain saw, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws.
· Mowing, edging, blowing, and weeding
· Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides
· General tidying of commercial grounds
· Communicate with employees, supervisors and clients
· Perform other related duties as required and/or requested by supervisor
Additional Requirements
· Able to lift 75 lbs. and work long hours while standing
· Be available to work extra hours or changed schedule as required by customer needs
· Clean and neat appearance
· Ability to communicate clearly in English
· Full-time all year around work
