Job Summary
A Commercial Pressure Washer Operator is responsible for performing various cleaning tasks using high-powered pressure washing equipment. The primary duty is to operate a pressure washer to ensure cleanliness and safety at the commercial sites. The individual will have knowledge and understanding of maintenance practices.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial-grade pressure washers to clean exterior surfaces such as building facades, sidewalks, parking lots, parking garages, dumpster enclosures, driveways and other areas as assigned.
- Uphold standards when pressure washing hard surfaced areas and other designated area according to schedule and guidelines.
- Prioritize and effectively complete pressure washing services while following the allocated time scheduled for each property.
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and detergents to effectively remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other contaminants.
- Ensure the safe use of and performance of equipment adhere to OSHA safety guidelines.
- Complete and submit accurate inspections for vehicles and equipment issued under your care.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns to management.
- Inspecting equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisor and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Daily upload of service photos at sites into company portal systems to provide visual documentation of site conditions and completion of work.
- Adhering to environmental regulations and best practices for waste disposal and water conservation.
- Utilize company technology, resources and software tools for communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience operating commercial pressure washing equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques for mechanical equipment desirable
- Experience with cleaning techniques, detergents, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required to work a graveyard position.
- Clear driving record. (Motor Vehicle Record required)
- Ensuring safety protocols are always followed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
