City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a PART-TIME Parking Lot Sweeper to join our expanding team!
For two and a half decades, City Wide has been an industry leader in providing reliable, first-class maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day upkeep for commercial properties throughout the Western United States.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Operate street sweeper to sweep parking lots, including curb lines, asphalt entrances, sides, and rear areas of assigned properties.
- Walk the property using a hand-held/backpack blower to clean storefront walkways and areas the sweeper vehicle is unable to reach.
- Change and reline trash cans throughout the property.
- Manually clean grass areas and planters/islands.
- Clear debris from rights-of-ways.
- Report illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
Qualifications
- Work graveyard shift, including availability for weekend shifts, in all weather conditions
- Possession of a clear driving record (Motor Vehicle Record required).
- Familiarity with the use of a hand-held/backpack blower
- Strong map reading skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to multi-task and work independently; self-motivated
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
