Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative at City World Toyota, you will play a vital role in connecting with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and setting appointments for them to visit our dealership. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, helping them take the next step in their car-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound calls from prospective customers.
- Engage with customers, understand their vehicle needs, and set appointments for them to visit the dealership.
- Effectively communicate vehicle options, promotions, and the benefits of visiting City World Toyota.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments.
- Follow up with leads and re-engage customers who have not yet scheduled an appointment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment to vehicle purchase.
- Take ownership of the entire appointment-setting process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
