Position Title: Professional Data Entry Operator
CityGreen Services is a leading property maintenance and landscaping company in the city. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Professional Data Entry Operator to join our growing team.
As a Professional Data Entry Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and organizing our company's data. Your main responsibility will be to accurately enter and update data into our computer database, ensuring the information is organized and easily accessible for our team. You will work closely with our Office Manager and other members of the administrative team to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into our computer database with high accuracy and attention to detail- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data
- Sort, organize, and file physical documents as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all information
- Respond to data inquiries and requests from internal team members
- Communicate any issues or concerns with data to the Office Manager
- Keep track of records and ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible
- Assist in creating reports and presentations using data from the database
- Continuously look for ways to improve data entry processes and workflow efficiency
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Office Manager
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred- Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a related position
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Ability to handle and maintain sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with property maintenance and landscaping industry is a plus
