Your Role in the Mission
As the Employment Support Manager, you’ll be at the heart of helping clients take the final and most significant step on their path to life change: landing meaningful employment. You’ll connect passionate individuals to life-changing career opportunities by bridging the gap between training programs, service providers, and trusted employers.

You’ll support clients in achieving their dreams by guiding them through industry-specific training programs, preparing them for employment, and connecting them with employers who recognize their unique potential.
What You’ll Do
Here’s how you’ll transform lives and strengthen communities:
Client Career Support
- Be the matchmaker: coordinate client applications, facilitate interviews, and identify the right training programs for each individual.
- Lead career readiness: facilitate employment preparation classes for training tracks in Culinary, Construction, Patient Care, and more.
- Build bridges: connect graduates with trusted employers, ensuring successful matches between clients’ skills and job opportunities.
- Empower clients: guide them through applications, documentation, and interview preparation, standing alongside them every step of the way.
- Evaluate and improve: track placements, collect feedback, and use insights to refine outcomes and retention strategies.
- Champion success: support alumni with career retention strategies and celebrate their growth.
Employer Relationship & Pipeline Management
- Cultivate connections: build and nurture relationships with trusted employers, opening doors to quality, full-time positions for program graduates.
- Inspire collaboration: bring industry professionals into the fold through tours, guest speakers, and interactive sessions.
- Drive innovation: gather employer feedback to continuously enhance program outcomes and client retention.

This full-time role requires passion, dedication, and flexibility, with non-traditional hours typically running Monday through Friday between 8am and 9pm, plus occasional Saturdays for special events or meetings.
