Citynet LLC is seeking a skilled Fiber Optic Network Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Outside Plant Construction department, you will be responsible for establishing end-to-end fiber connectivity between locations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operating construction equipment, reading and following design engineer's instructions, and maintaining the scope of work on projects. You will also be expected to enter and maintain outside plant records, as well as prepare and maintain records and diagrams.
In this role, you will perform work in accordance with industry standards, including Telcordia standards. You will also determine correct procedures for OSP placing, inspect or test lines or cables, and record and analyze test results.
