Position Title : Managed Services Unified Communications Technician

Role Overview :
As a Unified Communications technician, you will play a key role in deploying, optimizing, and supporting cloud-based communication solutions for our clients. In this dynamic position, you'll focus on implementing Cisco Webex Calling services and ensuring seamless integration with network infrastructure. By leveraging agile methodologies and your technical expertise, you'll deliver exceptional service and ensure robust client satisfaction.
Operating within flexible billing structures-hourly or flat-rate-you'll be responsible for accurate time tracking to maintain billing accuracy and cost transparency. Your work will include hands-on configuration, remote troubleshooting, and client training, with occasional on-site support as needed.
Your core responsibilities will include :
- Configuring and managing Cisco Webex Calling environments, including auto-attendants, call queues, hunt groups.
- Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco on-premise applications (Call manager, Unity Connection, Unified Contact Center Express).
- Lead projects deploying or migrating customers onto the Webex platform.
- Monitor queues to handle trouble tickets and change requests in a timely manner.
