JOB SUMMARY:
Under general direction provides customer service by greeting customers, answering multi-line telephone, taking messages and responding to customer inquiries.
This position is for Customer Service Representative without a valid Texas Class C Driver’s License. If you do have a license, and would like to be considered, please apply for the Customer Service Representative – Driving Eligible position.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Ability to provide customer service by registering citizens for activities and receiving money, assisting with employment requests, responding to customer inquiries and assisting with reservations of park facilities on an as needed basis.
2. Ability to perform facility maintenance such as cleaning up spills and cleaning restrooms and weight room.
3. Ability to assist in the coordination and scheduling of programs such as public events, facility rentals and special meetings.
4. Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system and take messages for appropriate staff.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
5. Ability to work with various organizations, individuals and other departments to accommodate needs for facility access, program information or facility orientation.
