Position: Veterinary Receptionist
Hours: 20-30hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 2 Saturdays per month 8am-2pm

Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and personable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with people and animals, providing excellent customer service, and efficiently managing front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's calendar
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and update client information
- Handle billing and payment processing
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable handling animals and understanding their needs
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with office software
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation:
- $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience
