About the opportunity
Ground up Lead Superintendent for a commercial or public sector construction. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of our clients. .
In this role, you will lead a team of skilled tradespeople and construction workers, overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements
I am looking for someone who has 5 years of experience working as a Superintendent, working on Commercial construction projects in RI or CT. Intermediate skill level with MS Office Suite and Procore, Knowledge and experience with construction cost accounting methodology.
