About the Opportunity:
This is a brilliant opportunity to have an impact, help a business grow, build, develop, and then manage a team of Recruitment Consultants. Over the last year, we have increased our activity in the North American market. And at the start of 2023, opened a Cityscape Recruitment office in New York. Due to the expansion of this exciting new region for us, we are recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the North American team.
This role has brilliant potential for the right candidate. Not only does it provide the opportunity for a consultant to be involved in the early stages of a new company, but the consultants currently managing the region bring a wealth of experience for the new consultant to learn from as well as many developing relationships on which to capitalize.
The successful consultant will be involved in candidate generation across our database, job boards, LinkedIn, advertising, and referrals. You will also be involved in business development, strengthening existing client relationships, and building brand-new relationships. You will also be involved in meeting clients for beers or coffee, taking them out for lunch, or having detailed meetings with them about long-term strategy.

The starting salary will range between $75,000 - $90,000 with an uncapped commission of up to 30%, OTE - $180,000 . We also offer quarterly bonus incentives, management bonuses, team incentives, training, and career growth.
Requirements
Successful applicants need to be energetic, hardworking, career motivated, hungry for success, and determined. We are looking for people with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a 360-recruitment consultant role in the North American Construction market. I am looking for someone who has a proven track record of billing $250,000 for a recruitment agency in the UK or U.S.A.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
