CityScapes International is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Project Management team. We are looking for someone that learns quickly and is comfortable communicating directly with a diverse group of clients. Our central Columbus location on Lyman Ct off 270/Cemetery Rd consists of our 155,000 sq. ft. office and manufacturing facility. Many of our products can be viewed on the beautiful acreage and surrounding greenspaces. Facility includes attractive break area with a full kitchen and a state-of-the-art workout facility with private changing rooms, showers and even a personal trainer.
Essential Job Functions:
Project Management skills are key in this role. This position is dedicated to custom projects that require coordination with architects, owners, engineers, contractors, and fabrication experts- the ability to comprehend and then communicate technical design information is a must. This role manages the full life span of projects from initial communication through final execution.
- Operate as primary contact for all project resources and stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Maintain project schedules and deliver best in class final project execution.
- Monitor, communicate, and resolve project schedule concerns internally and with clients.
- Prepare and maintain project budgets and regularly provide budget analysis to internal stakeholders.
· Document key discussions, decisions, and action items, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Interact effectively with employees at all levels of the company.
· Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety guidelines, and CityScapes Core Values standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead meetings, present to clients, and document key project information.
· Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
· Work collaboratively in a close team environment
· Possess time management and multi-tasking skills
· Take initiative and work independently
· Adapt to shifting priorities
Qualifications:
- Prefer BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Building materials industry or construction experience
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans
- 5 years’ Project Management or comparable experience
- Previous estimating experience is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Outlook, Word and Excel
