Success in this position requires strong business acumen, data analytics skills, and project management expertise, strong organizational abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, allocating resources effectively
- Oversee all phases from pre-construction through project closeout
- Manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial objectives
- Coordinate permitting, regulatory compliance, and right-of-way processes
- Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring adherence to Cityside standards
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders including construction teams, agencies, and residents
- Identify and mitigate project risks while optimizing opportunities
- Document project progress and maintain accurate records
- Conduct project debriefs to identify lessons learned
- Contribute to a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration
- Understand and uphold Cityside Fiber's core purpose and values
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent or equivalent experience
- 7 years years of experience in telecommunications project management
- 3-5 years of general business project management experience
- PMP certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of OSP construction and right-of-way processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and project management software
- Valid driver's license with good record and reliable transportation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- $105,000 annually (Actual starting rate may vary based on candidate’s qualifications)
