Procurement and Warehouse Manager

About The Job

Cityside Fiber is seeking a motivated Procurement and Warehouse Manager to join our Field Operations team. This role is responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory procurement, and fleet coordination and plays a key part in supporting the successful deployment of our field teams. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration abilities, strong organizational abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations in compliance with company policies, including receiving, distribution, and inventory control
• Oversee space utilization, safety standards (OSHA compliance), and cleanliness of the warehouse and yard (with assistance by our Yard Attendant)
• Maintain accurate inventory records using NetSuite and coordinate material needs for field teams
• Manage fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, tracker control, and supply restocking
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective materials and vet new vendors
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Accounting, Field Operations, and OSP teams
• Track shipments, process intake, and ensure timely stocking
• Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency
• Contribute to a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in telecom field operations, including 2 years in procurement or warehouse management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in warehouse management software (NetSuite preferred), Microsoft Office, and OSHA compliance
• OSHA 30 and Forklift Certification (Class VII preferred; Pallet Jack experience required)
• Clean DMV record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting)
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends if needed
