CityVet Aurora is looking for Pet Groomers to join our team! At CityVet, we know our team of happy people is as unique and diverse as the pets we care for. We recruit and promote CityVet team members based on their abilities and accomplishments and create a welcoming environment for all.
Make pet care your purpose
The Groomer is responsible for maintaining the animals physical appearance by meeting the expectations and requests communicated by the client. It is the Groomers responsibility to establish and cultivate lasting client relationships by providing high quality grooming services such as bathing, bathing supervision, nail trims, ear cleanings, anal gland expression and haircuts.
Essential qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age at the time of hire
- Understanding and ability to properly and safely restrain animals
- One Years experience as a Groomer, Groomers Apprentice or has received formal instruction from a reputable grooming program
