The Small Business Banker builds and maintains strong relationships with assigned clients, ensures their satisfaction, and assists them with
their banking needs. This role primarily focuses on a large portfolio of small business relationships, providing cross-selling opportunities,
referrals, and superior customer service.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Creates relationships through outbound calling with assigned clients, understanding their financial goals, needs, and preferences.
- Along with Customer Care Channels, acts as a point of contact for assigned clients and ensures a high level of client satisfaction.
- Facilitates the account opening process and ensures all necessary documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Initiates regular outbound contact with clients, via phone or other virtual channels, to provide updates, address inquiries, and offer appropriate banking solutions based on their needs.
- Identifes opportunities to cross-sell additional banking products and services to existing clients, such as credit cards, savings accounts, merchant services, etc.
- Actively seeks and generates referrals from satisfied clients.
- Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools effectively to track and manage client interactions, preferences, and opportunities.
- Collaborates with other departments within the bank, such as lending, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience and resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies to ensure adherence and mitigate risk.

The targeted salary for this role is :
75,233.00 - $97,802.00

The annualized base salary range reflects figures based on the primary location. Pay ranges may vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for a Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
