Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

Citywide Home Mortgage is a Nationwide Lender looking for LOA/Processor in our Henderson Nevada location. Candidates must have experience, great communication and organizational skills and be willing to work in office. We have a great culture and looking for well qualified candidates to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced LOA/Processor to join our team. Must be familiar with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA, Jumbo and Non QM loans.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the loan processing by gathering and verifying necessary documentation from clients.
• Support the Mortgage Loan Officer in underwriting and loan origination tasks.
• Ensure compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations throughout the loan process.
• Conduct credit analysis and assess financial information to facilitate loan approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and manage contracts related to mortgage servicing.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Proficient in loan processing and TILA regulations
• Experience with FNMA guidelines and underwriting processes
• Knowledge of loan origination and mortgage servicing
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
• Strong credit analysis skills
• Background in financial services and banking
• Basic math skills and proficiency in 10 key typing
• Understanding of contracts and escrow processes
