Responsibilities
- Clarifications and Facility Call Check-Ins
- Out-of-Stock/Not Available Calls
- Back-Up Pharmacy and Script Transfers
- Verbal Phone Requests and Refills
- Communication with Billing Department
- Reports
- Proof of Delivery (POD) Management
Qualifications
- Active OH Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed
- Previous experience in pharmacy
- LTC pharmacy experience preferred
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills required
- Great telephone etiquette a must
- Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Shift- 9a-5:30pm
