What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry, Lead FT 2nd shift position at CITYWIDE RX LLC?
Responsibilities / Duties : Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Supervisor. Leadand coordinate daily activities of Data Entry, Refill, Customer Service and Narcotics Departments. Organize workflow and ensure that your employees understand their duties or delegated tasks and proper cut-off times and deadlines. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Communicate with the Data Entry Supervisor any staffing needs or issues. Investigate and resolve all problems and issues related to orders. Ensure that specialized queues are being maintained (i.e. Pending, back up) Provide on-job-training for new hires when necessary. Continue to educate by attending department in-services and by keeping up with local, state, federal and company law and regulations changes. Clean and help maintain equipment and work areas according to prescribed methods. Complete daily task (OTC Report, Duplicate report etc.). Perform other duties as requested.
